The 44th Medway Scout Group, activities for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers in Rochester, Medway, Kent

If you are a boy or girl between the ages to 6 to 18 why don't you bin the Xbox, Nintendo or Playstation for a couple of hours a week, join our group, do some fun stuff and make some new friends?

We meet every week in the Matthew Memorial Hall, Castle Avenue Rochester.
Your age decides what group you are in and when during the week you get together......so that you are with other kids the same age as you.

Founded in 1929 the group is celebrating it's 80th birthday this year. Here are some of the things we've done in 2009.

- Winter camp at Capstone Park (February)
- Scalectrix on a huge track in Maidstone
- Astronomy badge
- Heritage badge
- County fun day at The Hop Farm
- Invicta Arachnids (Snakes and Spiders)
- Karate
- Spring Camp at West Farleigh ( May)
- Science evening.
- Quad biking / off road in Essex
